Our beloved Sanibel has been hit by hurricane Ian. We are not accepting any reservations at this time until the second half of 2023. We don’t know exactly how long it will take to rebuild. 2021:

  • Off Season: April 15-November 26, 2021: $275/night
  • Mid Season: November 27-December 18, 2021: $533/night


2022:

  • Season: December 18, 2021 – April 16, 2022: $535/night
  • April 16 – November 19, 2022: $280/night
  • Mid Season: November 19- December 17, 2022: $535/night
  • Season: December 18- April 15, 2023: $540/night


  • Reservation Fee: $150
  • Cleaning Fee: $160
  • Refundable Property Damage Deposit: $750
  • Taxes: 11.5%

My family of four had a fantastic stay over the 2020 holidays. The unit is comfortable, nicely decorated, the kitchen is well equipped and the beds very comfortable. But the biggest highlight was the view. Perfect gulf and beach views on a perfect lanai. We had all of our meals watching the waves. Loved every minute of it and would most certainly do it again!

This condo was perfect for us. Sleeping with the doors open to the lanai, listening to the surf all night was heaven. We spent a lot of time on the lanai with the beautiful view of the gulf. Comfortable chairs for both of us. The master bed was also very comfortable and the living room furniture new and comfy as well. The location of this unit was the best of the entire property. Third floor with wonderful breeze and private. Very quiet. We also liked the location of the complex on Sanibel. Very close to several great restaurants and shops. The beach was very nice – great for shelling and not crowded at all. We used the condos beach chairs & umbrella and loved the cart to help carry all to the beach. The pool was also a good option with several tables, umbrellas, loungers & chairs.
